[참고]3GPP의 스펙은 *****-xyz의 형식으로 되어 있다. *****은 주제(subject)에 따른 스펙의 버젼(시리즈넘버. 앞의 두자릿 수)을 나타내고, x는 information, approval등의 큰 변경이 있을 때, y는 내용의 증가 및 수정등의 업데이트가 있을 때, 그리고 z는 문서 안에서 편집이 이루어졌을 때 변경 되는 정보이다.
